Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Method:
Mix all 3 ingredients together, and place in the fridge to
rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Divide the biscuit mixture and roll it into balls. Place the
balls on a greased baking slide with lots of space in between them. Press them
down with a fork, and bake for 10-15minutes, or until golden.
Allow to cool and harden before removing from baking slide.
